Philippians 2:12-18

We often think that grumbling is a minor character flaw, a small sin and not really a problem. But Paul commands us to do all things without grumbling or arguing because Christ by his suffering, in silence, for our sins, destroys all our “rights” to grumble. And by not grumbling we shine like stars in the world, holding out the word of life.
